My dad had a silly idea to put my shoes on the fan after they got wet on a rainy day and by next day they were dry.A Miracle!Great idea to do it because then no wet school shoes for the next day of school.

Walk around Whitby today having a look at the Abbey,Pier and we also did some crabbing🦀.199 steps up to the Abbey or slope.You can pay to go inside the Abbey.There is also St Mary’s Church up there as well.There’s two piers in Whitby 1 you access from near the Abbey and one from near the amusements.When we went crabbing we caught seven crabs all in one bucket but some people were catching whole buckets full.We also passed through the whale arch.My dad got really excited about the Brewery because he loves drinking beer but he couldn’t have one because my mum said no. Here are some pictures. N

Recommendations
If you’re here in Whitby It’s worth a trip to Stokers cafe for coffee and cake 🍰.They have big slices of cakes so make sure you bring an empty tummy. I would also recommend The Granby you can either eat or stay there for a couple of days.They do very nice foods and also they do a children’s menu.

On the way back we passed captains cooks monument which is a massive boat where you can eat and drink but it doesn’t move.How strange!
